“Platform”).
The Platform has been developed solely and exclusively by Us and is
under Our sole and exclusive ownership. It is innovatively designed to
cater to a diverse community including but not limited to
students, teachers,
professors, colleges, institutions of higher education and other
companies/entities managing job applications and offering placements
to the members of our community. It offers a platform for individuals
to showcase their professional talents, skills, academic
qualifications, internship experiences, social media presence ,
hobbies, extra-curricular, and co-curricular talents. Additionally, it
serves as a hub for professors to create profiles, recommend students
and share projects. With the overarching goal of unlocking pathways to
their future success, the Platform provides a user-friendly interface
and a variety of features, to empower users in their personal and
professional endeavors. It offers valuable resources for personal and
professional growth, while facilitating connections between
individuals and opportunities.
Your privacy is of paramount importance to Us, as We recognize the
sensitive and personal nature of the information shared by You during
Your usage of the Platform. We understand that trust is fundamental to
Our relationship with You, and We are committed to maintaining the
confidentiality, integrity, privacy and security of Your personal
information. Respecting Your privacy is not only an ethical
obligation, but We also consider it to be a key factor in fostering a
safe and trustworthy online community.

name, password, college details, batch details, specialization
details, photograph, date of birth and additional information which
You voluntarily provide to Us during the process of registering your
account on the Platform.

Transactions: We collect certain information while providing services to You in
order to verify Your identity and the type of information and extent
of information collected by Us will depend on the nature of services
being availed by You. We reserve the right to use
any and all such information (including any
Personal Information) to verify your identity and to complete any
authentication processes that may be required to be undertaken by
us.

Reviews: We collect information pertaining to Your name, email address and
any other media, as provided by You during the process of providing
user reviews on the Platform.
2.1.4.
Use of Platform: We store details of any pictures/materials /documents/information shared by You on the Platform, for onward
publication on social media including for any promotional activities
sponsored by Us. Such data/pictures/documents/information shared by
You on the Platform can be marked as either private or public by You.
In the event, any information posted by You is marked as private, such
information shall not be used for any marketing/promotional
activities, unless an explicit consent is given by You to such effect.
However, We reserve the right to use any information marked as public
by You for any promotional/marketing/advertising purposes.
Additionally, We collect and store details pertaining to each instance of Your usage of the Platform (such as pages visited) and
Your interactions through any e-mails or online chat logs that We send
to You or You send to Us. Our Platform is designed to empower You to
share Your work, engage with other users through means of diverse
content, and derive mutual benefits from Your interactions with them.

2.2.
Cookies

are sent from the Platform and then stored on to Your device/s.
Pixel tags, also called web beacons are clear image (i.e.
non-visible) files that may be placed on the Platform which

Platform expressly disclaims any responsibility for the privacy
practices or the content of such third-party websites and
applications.

6.1.
We strive to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of Your
Personal Information and to protect Personal Information against
unauthorised access, use, disclosure, alteration or destruction. Our
databases are stored on servers secured behind a firewall with access to such
servers being password-protected and strictly limited based on a need-to-know basis. We will at all times make reasonable endeavors to
upgrade our security protocols such that they are in consonance with
prevailing and extant legal and regulatory requirements in India.

Despite our best efforts to maintain a robust privacy and security
system, You agree, acknowledge and understand that no security system
is impenetrable and can absolutely guarantee unconditional privacy and
security of Your Personal Information. Therefore, our extensive
measures to maintain the integrity of our security protocols and
systems does not guarantee the security of Our database which includes
the Personal Information that has been provided by You. In light of
the above, we expressly disclaim all responsibility for any unintended

We retain and continue to utilise Personal Information for as long as
necessary until: (i) the relevant purposes for the use of such Personal
Information are completed; or (ii) as mandated under applicable laws
and regulations or (iii) for legitimate business purposes.

Access to and Updating Personal Information
8.1.
You may contact support@vybe.life in order to view, update and change
the Personal Information provided by You within the Platform. You may
also ask to erase, restrict or port Your Personal Information and
intimate objections, if any, to use Your Personal Information by Us.
In such instances, You understand that Your
usage of the Platform is likely to be restricted in varying measures,
and may even need to be discontinued, at our discretion. Please note
that We shall on best efforts basis process such request and update
Your personal information as soon as reasonably practicable.
Additionally, You may access all
information the Platform holds about You, and request a correction
where data is incorrect or a deletion of the data, unless We are
required to retain the data for legal reasons and legitimate business
purposes.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the Personal
Information provided, and for any changes, updates or modifications to
such information. We do not and will not authenticate the veracity or accuracy of any
Personal Information whatsoever, and hence, do not and will not carry
any liability to any third party about the authenticity, veracity and

otherwise decide to provide on the Platform during the course of Your
usage of the Platform.

This Privacy Policy was posted on 18 June 2024. We will, at our
discretion, endeavor to undertake periodic evaluations of the legal
and regulatory landscape which is applicable to the Platform, this
Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service thereof. Consequently, we
unconditionally reserve the right to periodically and at any time,
review and change the Privacy Policy (or any part thereof) to
incorporate such future changes as may be considered appropriate,
including as an outcome of any changes to applicable laws or
regulations. The updated Privacy Policy will be posted on this page
and where appropriate, notified to You by e-mail. We strongly advise
you to periodically review this Privacy Policy to update yourself
about any such changes and alterations, irrespective of which you
