The Platform is designed exclusively for students to showcase their academic achievements, extra-curricular ,co- curricular talents and unique abilities. It serves as a dynamic space for students to connect, collaborate, and explore various opportunities tailored to their aspirations.

In crafting the community guidelines (the “Guidelines”), our primary objective is to create a supportive and inclusive environment that empowers students to shine while prioritizing their safety and well-being. Our vision is to foster a community where every individual feels valued, respected, and encouraged to pursue their passions and ambitions. With this in mind, we have outlined the Guidelines to ensure that the Platform remains a positive and enriching space for all users (“You”/ “Your”).

1. SAFETY GUIDELINES

1.1 Zero Tolerance for Abusive Content

The Platform maintains a strict stance against any form of abusive, threatening or harassing content. This encompasses hate speech, discriminatory remarks, bullying and personal attacks. We are committed to fostering an environment where every member of our community feels safe and respected.

1.2 No Sexually Explicit Content

The Platform is dedicated to providing a professional and respectful space for students to showcase their experience, talents and achievements. Therefore, any content that is sexually explicit, including nudity, explicit language, or graphic imagery, is strictly prohibited. Such content not only undermines the integrity of the Platform but also poses potential risks to Your well-being.

1.3 Respect for Privacy and Consent

Respect for privacy and consent is paramount in our community. You must refrain from sharing personal information or private content of others without their explicit consent. This includes but is not limited to sharing photos, videos, or any other form of content that may infringe upon another member’s privacy.

1.4 Reporting and Moderation

We rely, to a large extent, on Your vigilance to maintain a safe and welcoming environment. In the event You encounter any abusive, sexually explicit content, or otherwise derogatory content, including instances of profile impersonation, please report it immediately to support@vybe.life. Our dedicated moderating team will thoroughly investigate all reports and take appropriate action in accordance with the Guidelines.

1.5 Relevant Content Only

The Platform is intended for showcasing educational pedigree, co-curricular, extra-curricular talents and personal achievements in an educational and constructive manner. Any content that promotes violence, self-harm or illegal activities is strictly prohibited. We encourage You to focus on sharing content that highlights Your academic achievements, other skills, talents and positive contributions to the community.

1.6 Community Responsibility

Every member of our community plays a vital role in upholding the Guidelines and fostering a positive environment. By engaging in respectful and supportive interactions, You contribute to the overall well-being of the Platform. We encourage You to uplift and empower one another, by creating a culture of support and encouragement.

1.7 Authenticity

Be honest about the data You post. This includes information about Yourself, Your achievements, projects and any associations. Honesty and transparency help build trust within our community. In an event You impersonate any other individual , or indulge in any illegal activities, spamming or any other unauthorised disclosures, the Platform reserves the right to block Your account. Additionally, the Platform may retain records for legal compliance and potential actions by relevant authorities or the Platform itself.

2. PROFESSIONAL GUIDELINES

2.1 Share Accurate Information

Accuracy and authenticity are paramount in maintaining the integrity of the Platform. When showcasing Your academic achievements, talents, and experiences, ensure that the information You share is truthful and easily verifiable. Misrepresentation or falsification of information undermines trust within the community and is not encouraged, and may lead to your credentials being deactivated for any further usage of the Platform. Untrue or inaccurate content, or content that is non-verifiable will be subject to regulation and moderation, or may even lead to deletion, by our moderating team.

2.2 Respect Intellectual Property Rights

Respect the intellectual property rights of other members of the community, by refraining from using copyrighted material without proper authorisation, attribution and permission. We shall not be responsible for any breach of intellectual property and other proprietary rights of third parties by You, or which occur as a result of You sharing any content on the Platform, and any such liability shall be solely to Your account.

2.3 Don’t Spam

Respect the time and attention of other members of the community by refraining from spamming or engaging in excessive self-promotion. Unsolicited messages or promotional material sent to other members without their consent are considered spam and are not encouraged, and will be subject to appropriate moderation or removal by our moderating team.

2.4 Maintain Professionalism

Maintain a professional demeanor in all your interactions and communications on the Platform. We urge You to use appropriate language and tone, especially when engaging with other members of the Platform, including potential collaborators, employers or mentors. Please take note of the fact that your online presence reflects your personal brand and professional reputation.

2.5 Respect Cultural Sensitivities

We urge you to acknowledge and respect the cultural diversity within our community and request you to be mindful of cultural sensitivities when sharing content or engaging in discussions that may touch upon sensitive topics or cultural differences. 3.1 Follow Community Guidelines

We urge you to familiarise Yourself with and adhere to the Guidelines outlined by the Platform. The Guidelines are designed to ensure a safe, inclusive, and productive environment for You. Further, before commencing usage of the Platform, please ensure that you acquaint yourself thoroughly with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service respectively.

3.2 Report Violations

In the event You encounter any violations of the Guidelines or community standards, including instances of profile impersonation, please report them to the Platform administrators immediately at support@vybe.life. Your vigilance helps maintain the integrity of the community and ensures that all members can enjoy a positive and respectful experience. Any violation of the Guidelines may result in immediate action, including the deactivation of the account, and may also result in initiation of legal action in accordance with applicable laws.

3.3 Continuous Monitoring and Improvement

Our commitment to safety is an ongoing process. We continuously monitor and review the Guidelines to identify areas for improvement.
